TROPANG NOINOIS

good morning noinois. . . ayun, ako pala ang naatasang magblog, hindi ako aware,haha. .

ayun, ang present sa meeting yung mga binaggit ni ann (ate ellen, camhille, kuya Alex, si aling Trining, Faye, Pamgee, Manny, Joemar and ann).

dun muna kame nagkita-kita lahat sa Heaven and Egg sa tapat ng star ni bok (syempre bigat pugay muna kay bok,hehe. .). since 1PM meeting time namin, napag desisyunan namin na maglunch muna. pero hindi sa heaven and egg, sa KFC (mahal kaya sa heaven and egg,haha. . ).

so ayun, lipat kame KFC at dun na na kame nagkamustahan at nagmeeting (kahit mahina aircon – nagtitipid yata ang KFC na yun!). hindi na nakapunta si tita kase galing daw sya sa work nun at dami nyang dalang papeles at laptop, regards na lang daw sa mga noinois. )

syempre kulitan muna, update sa mga buhay-buhay ng mga noinois (tagal din kaya ng last meeting natin), sa mga pinagkakaabalahan, sa trabaho. . halos lahat na yata,haha. . .pero syempre, yung mga balak gawin ng mga noinois for this year hindi namin nakalimutan pagusapan. so eto na yung mga napagusapan sa meeting. . .

A. Bauko trip (for Bok’s bday):

Bale, ang aakyat na lang sa bauko to celebrate bok’s bday ay ako, ate evie, lou (na nagexpress na sasama sa bauko) at kuya alex. yung details ng pagakyat e paguusapan nalang muna namin tapos ipopost namin dito sa thread at sa site para kung meron pa gusto sumama e mainform kame.

B. Charity event ng Special guest artist sa charity ng noinois last

December:

Bale si manny na siguro magiinform dun sa special artist kung saan gaganapin yung charity nya. dun daw sa parish ng uncle nya na monsignor (tama ba spelling,hehe. . ). most probably June 12 gaganapin yung charity. ate ellen will provide some goods tapos tayo magdodonate ng mga notebooks, pencils, and other educational materials. last week of May magmimeeting ulit for the finalization ng charity ni special artist (sana madami makapunta).

C. Inaguration of Bok’s room

Remember Trichet? yung charitable institution na tinulungan natin lat dec. 2008 kung saan nalaman natin na bok had passed away? bale lilipat na sila ng location (hindi ko lang matandaan kung saan, saan nga ba ulit manny?). dun sa bago nilang place, they will dedicate 1 room to marky at ipapangalan sa kanya (taray diba?hehe. . ). supposedly this August yung inaguration ng new place ng Tricher pero na move daw ito on October. we are all expected to come ang witness this event. sinu makakapagsabi na magkakaroon si bok ng room na ipapangalan sa kanya, tapos may stars pa sya sa heaven at sa earth,hehe. . . this is because madaming talaga nagmamahal kay bok at nakakaalala ng kabutihan nya at mapagkumbabang kalooban. . .we’re proud of you bok. . .

D. Noinois Charity on December 2010:

Para maiba naman, manny thought na this time e mangaroling  naman daw tayo, pero instead na tayo ang bibigyan, tayo ang magbibigay sa mga kakarolingan natin (o diba, brilliant,haha. . ). ang mga kakarolingan natin e yung mga bahay ng mga batang inaalagan ng Trichet. makikipag coordinate nalang tayo kay Sister dun sa mga bahay nila.  wala pa gaanung napaguusapan about this, pero siguro bandang october o november e ifa-finalize na natin eto. exciting itong charity natin this year, ihandan na yung mga golden voices nyo,haha. . .

so eto yung mga napagusapan sa meeting ng mga noinois, dami nating activities no,hehe.. . . etong mga activities natin naman talaga ang magpapastrengthen ng bond natin mga noinois, na kahit we all have our differences, we still find time to do these things dahil ito naman talaga ang essence ng ating group. time will tell kung hanggang kaylan natin gagawin ito or kung hanggang kaylan yung grupo natin. pero for now, enjoy natin yung company ng isa’t-isa and continue lang natin yung nakasanayan na natin gawin for the past 4 or 5 years.

ayun, after namin magmeeting nagikot-ikot muna kame sa eastwood (sosyal kame e, bakit ba,haha. . ). syempre,bago kame tuluyan umalis, dumaan muna kame sa star ni bok at nagpapicture, pero puro paala lang namin,hehe. . nakanino ba yung pic na yun, papost naman.

o sya, kung may nakalimutan ako,paki dagdag nalang.  ingatz kayong lahat noinois. .

Speech delivered by Mrs. Mildred Cielo (Marky’s mom) during the awarding of  Star in the Walk of Fame on December 1, 2009 in Eastwood Mall, Quezon City.

Thank you Kuya Germs for initiating this recognition to Marky Cielo or Boknoi to us his family and clan as well as hundreds of friends throughout the world. Is not enough gesture of gratitude for the recognition. Thank You Kuya Germs, from the bottom of our hearts.

More than 20 years ago, I bore a son, whom we named mark of an angel in heaven. That name was Mark Angelo Cielo. He was born when I was working in Mindanao for an NGO that worked for the recognition of Indigenous Peoples Right to Self Determination. The boy Marky was witness to Datus or Chieftains sharing about unity between humans and nature, in dances, in chants, in celebration. As a young boy, he grew to sounds and the rhythm of nature, to the egalitarian visions of community leaders, and to an environment where the pursuit of the true, the good and the beautiful make life worth living.

More than 2 years ago, Marky aka Boknoi bested a search GMAs Starstruck, not only because he was popular star material, but because he represented a Filipino elusive dream. This dream is the pure recognition of a person who represented the communities in the fringes, the Igorot communities, as well as the tens of indigenous communities scattered throughout the entire Philippine archipelago. He became an inspiration for the communities from the fringes of Philippine society, who identified with him their marginalization despite their talents and competence. His selection demonstrated to and inspired thousands of us, and encouraged young people to start journeying for recognition through hardwork and optimism.

As a GMA star, those in the Kapuso Network can best described him at work, and can speak more about the twinkle of his star in this Walk of Fame, better than us his family .

Let Marky’s star in the Walk of Fame be a living reminder to those who walk his path that pureness of the HEART, HARDWORK and LOVE can still be the best path to fame.

Marky, from the stars above, look upon us here, who love and cherish your FULL although short good life through this star in this Walk of Fame. Thank you Marky for sharing your short life with and inspiring Us. Thank you Kuya Germs and the Kapuso family, To all his fans, thank you to all present here.

III. Madz’s Visit and Bauko Trip
- Evie and Chard will leave Manila on Feb. 24 to accompany Madz in Bauko.
- Madz will bring medicines for Sinto community and Manny will donate additional medicines. This is not a charity event, they will just turnover the medicines.
- To local Noinois, additional notes regarding this will be sent to your inbox.

IV. Travel Plan for May 2010-Bauko Trip
- Departure from Manila: May 11 at 11:15pm (meeting time is 10:30 pm at Victory Liner-Cubao)
- On May 2 meeting, please give ate gem P500 for advance booking to Victory Liner.
- Evie will book accommodation to Mt. Data Hotel on Feb. 24.
- Ate gem will post list of members who will join the trip.

V. Other Matters
1. Ate Gem will write introduction about Marky’s Star but hoping that Joey would be the one to do it. It will be printed by Whenz and for display in Marky’s Garden.

2. Charity of our Guest (you know who)
It will be held on June 14, 2010 but the venue will be announced on a later date. We agreed that TN will sponsor the prize for one (1 game). TN will only assist the fans of our guest and will not be directly involved in solicitations.

The meeting was adjourned at 2:30 pm.

But…kumain pa kami ng ice cream until 4pm (weehee…happiness, ang saya ng kwentuhan).

i’ve been reading about Tropang Noinois in the past years and it is only today that i decided to write you guys (after some attempts of doing so)..

I write because i wanted to ask a favor sana..

my favor is, sana mayroon kayong photo nung kapuso fans day on december 15, 2007 at the marikina riverpark… because nagpa-picture kami nun ni marky (with kris bernal & aljur abrenica rin) but unfortunately, nagmemory card error.. right now i am so sad kasi yun man lang sana ang souvenir (or proof na minsan nagkrus ang landas namin ni marky on earth).. maybe you could send some photos to me na, yung sakaling nahagip man lang kami ng cam.. it sounds desperate and natatawa ako sa sarili ko but if you could share some copies, it would be the best christmas gift i could ever receive.. please, kahit i-charge na lang ninyo ako for that…

and if there’s anything that i can do for the TN, please don’t hesitate to tell me so .. i would love to be a part of the group, but my work demands much of my time. so offer ko na lang sana any help na makatulong ako sa charity work ng TN .

like you, and all other people to have learned to love marky, i am still grieving for his untimely demise. i am grieving alone, in silence.. and my fiends would not understand why i am wasting my time grieving for someone who’s not gonna come back…

and i am still in deep pain knowing na sana, kung alam ko lang na he was going to leave soon, sana lagi akong nagpunta sa mga tapings, guestings niya.. pero sino nga bang makapagsasabi na december 7, 2008 ang huling araw nya sa mundo (kahit may mga premonition ako tungkol dun)?… two days after that fateful day was my birthday.. (since then, hindi na ako nagcelebrate ng birthday..

his death changed everything… i know you understand what i am going through though you haven’t met me personally yet. (sana maging friends ko kayo)

Ang present: Ate Evie, Ate Gem, Ate Ellen, Camhille, Pamgee, Joe Mar, Gelky, Faye, ako at si Ann (ay wala pala sya, grounded kase,hehe. . better luck nxt time iha). Masaya kame kase meron tayong bagong member sa katauhan ni Lou. Ok sya, madali namin sya nakagaanan ng loob, kwela din sya at kita namin na talagang love din nya si bok.

Nagkita-kita kame sa gateway ng mga 7:30pm na yata. konting kwentuhan and then nagdecide kame na salubungin na lang si Faye sa may sakayan ng fx papuntang antipolo. pero along the way sa may bridge connecting gateway at ali mall e nakasalubong na namin si Faye (na naka corporate get up!). Nagulat na lang din kame na nandun din si tita! So sa gitna nung bridge kame nagkasalubong-salubong – parang tinadhana,haha.

So sabay-sabay na kame umalis at kasama na namin si tita, na galing din sa work, pa uwi sa kanila. Nag fx kame at infairness e kasya naman kame lahat,hehe. . along the way, nag kekwentuhan kame ni lou about kay bok at sabi nya na starstruck daw sya kay tita,hehe.

Hindi ko na alam what time kame dumating kina tita pero Full House na palabas sa t.v. e. nasa bahay din sina bonsai (na getting beautiful and slim ha) at syempre ang bibong si zeal.

Hindi na nag aksaya ng panahon ang mga noinois at nagprepare na para sa ihaw-ihaw party. Sina camhille at joe mar prinepare na yun iihawin. Nag dinner na din muna kame bago umakyat sa rooftop nina tita. Ako, inupakan ko yung food nina tita na kangkong at piniritong isda, nakakatakam e,hehe. . si lou may gift din pala kay tita.

After makakain, umakyat na kame sa rooftop at sinet up na yung grill nina tita (isang electronic at isang de uling). Inakyat din yung ibang food at inilabas ni tita yung mga folding chairs ni bok. Ayun, grill-grill ang mga lola, Sali’t salitan sina camhille, ate gem, joe mar at ate ellen sa pag iihaw at ako naman sa paghihiwa ng mga nagrill na nila. Nag labas din si tita ng rice wine na infairness nagustuhan namin nina ate gem at ate ellen. Pero si joe mar yata ang nagenjoy at halos naubos yata nya yung isang bote,haha.

So ayun, start na ng kwentuhan. Syempre bumabangka lola evie natin. Dami din trivia nina tita at bonsai about kay bok na ngayon lang namin nalaman. Si ate evie, pinakwento kay tita yung audition days ni bok. Si bonsai nagkwento about sa mga moments nila ni bok at kung ganu natutuwa si bok kay zeal. Dala din ni bonsai laptop nya at may pinakita din sya samin na picture na karga ni bok si zeal. Pero ang nakakatawa talaga ay ang mga “senior moment” ni ate evie,haha. ..
sensya na ate evie ha, ikaw napagdiskitahan namin, ok lang yung, nageenjoy din naman sina tita at bonsai. Tumitingin din kame sa kalangitan at hinahanap yung star ni bok. Nalocate namin yung constellation kung nasan yung star ni bok, pero yung mismong star ang hirap makita.

Talagang walang tulugan! Yung iba hindi natiis at umiglip sandali (si ate ellen,hehe. . ) pero kame at yung iba, kahit gumagaral-gal na boses e tumatalon talon na lang para magising. Pati sina tita at bonsai, nag stay up talaga. Pero si bonsai hindi na din kinaya at nag goodnyt na samin (mga 3 am na yata yun). Talagang kwentuhan lang ang ginawa namin lahat, parang walang katapusan,hehe. . si lou nag open up din about sa mga naramdaman nya nung nawala si bok kay tita. Grieving in silence daw sya kase wala syang mapagkwentuhan.

Mga 4:30am, nagdecide kame na magligpit na para makauwi na ng 5:00am. Dumating din pala sina tito mito at ate leah pero umalis din sila agad, galing pa yata sila . So 5am umuwi na kame. Akala ko sa labas lang ng subdivision nina tita kame ihahatid ni tita pero sa bayan pala ng antipolo. Tapos from there sumakay na kame fx pa cubao. Nag bye-bye na din kame kay tita at nagthank you sa time na binigay nya samin.

Ayun ang kabuuan ng pagoover night namin kina tita. Nakakatuwa kase pumayag si tita at talagang inaccomodate kame. Feeling ko hindi na din tayo ibang tao kay tita at kay bonsai. At kahit si bok ang topic namin mag damag, nakita namin kay tita at kay bonsai na ok na sila ( si ate evie nalang yata ang hindi,haha. . joke lang ate evie).

So ayun, thank you sa pag basa and next time makasama din yung iba para mas masaya.
